We use professional-grade, acid-free materials and custom-built crates or heavy-duty tubes to ensure your artwork arrives in pristine condition.
Do you provide certificates of authenticity?
Yes, every original piece and limited edition print purchased from Salem Art Gallery comes with a signed and dated Certificate of Authenticity.
What is your return policy for original pieces?
We offer a 14-day return window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to arrange a return. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship our collection worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I request a custom framing service?
Currently, most of our works are sold unframed to allow for personal preference, but we do offer premium framing options on selected prints and canvases.
